Do I need to book?
No. Our Tuesday valet service operates on a first come, first served basis. Simply come and see the Wright Shine team when you arrive and we'll confirm availability. If you'd prefer to check before you arrive, call us on 0203 916 5993 or message us on WhatsApp .
How long will my car take?
Most cars are ready in around an hour, although timings can vary depending on the service, the condition of your car and how busy we are on the day. If there's another car ahead of yours, we'll let you know when you leave your keys with us.
What if I need my car back by a certain time?
Just let us know when you arrive. We'll confirm whether we can have your car ready within the time you have available before taking your keys.
Where do I leave my keys?
Once we've confirmed availability and your chosen service, simply leave your keys with the Wright Shine team. We'll take care of the rest while you enjoy The Oakwood.
How do I pay?
Payment is made directly to the Wright Shine team. We accept card and contactless payments, as well as cash.
Is my car insured while it's with Wright Shine?
Yes. Wright Shine is fully insured to work on and move customers' cars while they are in our care.
What if you're fully booked?
Capacity is limited each Tuesday and services are offered on a first come, first served basis. If we're fully booked when you arrive, we'll let you know when we're next available.
Can I arrange other Wright Shine services?
