How our services, bookings, and website use are governed

Our terms and conditions explain how bookings, services, payments, and website use are handled when using Wright Shine.

1. About Wright Shine

Wright Shine Limited provides professional mobile car valeting, detailing, and vehicle care services at customer locations. Services are delivered subject to availability, weather conditions, and access to the vehicle.

By booking any service with Wright Shine, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Bookings & Services

When making a booking, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The date, time, location, vehicle, service, and any extras selected are correct

  • The vehicle will be present, accessible, and ready at the scheduled time

  • We are able to safely work next to the vehicle

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or via messaging platforms. These Terms apply regardless of how the booking is made.


3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are based on:

  • Vehicle size and condition

  • Service selected

  • Booking frequency (where applicable)

Some services require payment in advance. Where payment is taken in advance, this forms part of the booking agreement.

For regular clients or ongoing maintenance plans, payment terms may differ and will be agreed separately.


4. Protect+ & Protect+ Exterior Packages

Protect+ and Protect+ Exterior are ongoing maintenance packages, designed to maintain cleanliness, protection, and vehicle condition through regular visits.

Protection & Third-Party Cleaning

Protect+ pricing assumes that the vehicle is maintained exclusively by Wright Shine.
If a vehicle is cleaned elsewhere using unsuitable products, automated car washes, or harsh chemicals, this may degrade or remove applied protection.

Any rectification or reapplication required as a result may be chargeable.

Maintenance Continuity

Protect+ pricing is based on regular attendance.

Where multiple scheduled visits are missed, or there is a significant gap between visits, previously applied protection may degrade beyond normal maintenance levels. In such cases, additional preparation or reapplication work may be required to reinstate protection. Any such work will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.


5. Gift Cards

Wright Shine gift cards are sold as monetary credit and:

  • Have no expiry date

  • Can be redeemed against any Wright Shine service, subject to availability

  • Are non-refundable once purchased

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

Gift cards must be redeemed through the official booking process using the provided code.


6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available at:

In summary:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable

  • Missed appointments or no-shows are treated as late cancellations

7. Vehicle Access & Missed Appointments

If we are unable to carry out the service due to:

  • The customer not being present

  • The vehicle being inaccessible

  • Incorrect address details

  • Lack of access to the vehicle or keys

The booking will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be issued.


8. Weather & Service Changes by Wright Shine

Certain services may be affected by weather or conditions beyond our control.

Wright Shine reserves the right to:

  • Rearrange an appointment

  • Modify the service

  • Cancel a booking at short notice where necessary (for example, heavy rain affecting coatings)

Where Wright Shine cancels a booking, customers will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule.


9. Liability

Wright Shine will take reasonable care while working on your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Mechanical or electrical faults

  • Issues arising from poor previous repairs or treatments

  • Any soiling after the valet/detail has been completed such as bird droppings, dirty/sandy rain or similar

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.


10. Use of the Website

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, remains the property of Wright Shine Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.


11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in force at the time of booking will apply.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
